the sink was clogged when i arrived 😡. the hot water in the shower was super hot! the beds were really nice, and the location had lots of things nearby! the halls looked fresh and updated! !

Our family had a wonderful time at Alexis Hotel & Banquets Dallas Park Central Galleria. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. We especially loved the large TV and the cozy seating area, which made our evenings relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family, especially the spacious King Room and the early check-in option that made everything smoother. The room was really nice with air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Loved the spacious bathroom with a shower and fresh towels every day. The flat-screen TV had tons of cable channels to choose from. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Plus, there’s free Wi-Fi all over the place.

We had a family reunion here with over 200 people. The rooms were spacious and the location was super handy, close to major roads and lots of eats. Only thing was the $100 deposit felt kinda hefty. Would recommend for sure!

It was just an excellent fit for a passing visit in Dallas and great for the money. The bathroom lock didn’t work, and the air conditioning was super loud. Bring your own snacks as the dining options nearby are limited.

Family with children nightmare

The only good thing was the polite front desk lady who switched our room when we found a cockroach. I liked that the location was convenient with lots of places to eat around.

Definitely not cheap for the experience we had, but we thought it would be alright.
